The Bachelor of Tourism, Hospitality and Events (THE) is offered by James Cook University at its Singapore campus (2-year programme) and its Brisbane and Cairns campuses in Australia (3-year programme). The course builds practical, industry-ready skills in tourism, hospitality and events management, with a focus on digital fluency, sustainability and tropical-destination tourism.
Students complete 400 hours of work experience and industry-based assessments, with the opportunity for paid internships at five-star industry partners. Graduates leave with barista, Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), and HACCP food safety qualifications alongside their degree.
